Abstract: This research analyzes the certification of Mexican companies within the New Scheme of Certified Companies. We consider the requirements for certification and the advantages of certification. We also an analyze the Equality Principle contemplated in article one of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States according to the human rights reform of June 10, 2011. Our objective is to determine if the inactivity of the State regarding micro, small and medium-sized national companies, violates the Equality Principle established in the Constitution. We conclude that in the participation of State supporting companies, the principle of equality must prevail. Companies with lower economic capacity and engaged in foreign trade, must be included in the New Certified Companies Scheme
