Abstract:
This paper analyzes the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by workers who collaborate in a small restaurant company. A group of 38 employees of a company were surveyed. A questionnaire of 38 questions was applied composes the sample. In addition, the manager of the firm was surveyed. The research was conducted in a single stage, lasting two months. The results show how Corporate Social Responsibility is perceived by employees of the company and how members of different hierarchical leves opinions varied
