Abstract:
Mobbing is harmful to the dignity of workers and their physical and psychological integrity. Mobbing implies harm another person, destroying the personality of the worker, causing diseases such as depression, stress, anxiety and other negative outcomes. This adversely affects job satisfaction of workers and creates issues of economic and social survival. These risk factors cause an impoverishment of the working environment and provide fertile ground for conflict and aggression that can lead to the appearance of mobbing processes (López Cabarcos, Velazquez Rodriguez, & Montes Piñeiro, 2010). The objective of the research is to show the importance of self-esteem, safety and academic and cultural level of the members of an organization in reducing or avoiding labor harassment. We show the negative relationship between harassment and self-esteem and culture level of people. We show how to positively impact the permanence and satisfaction of workers and thus increase the degree of job satisfaction. We also discuss the role of social responsibility
