Abstract: Triple A refers to agility, adaptability, and alignment. These organizational capabilities are used in competitive tasks of Pymes. These capabilities help generate sustainable competitive advantages, and develop business continuity. These capabilities also contribute to organizations to facing dynamic environments, an essential characteristic of the current competition. The research was conducted in the apparel textile industry in Arequipa region, Peru, in 2018. The task was to create a new model of triple A analysis based on critical competitive areas, to examine the correlation of the study variables, to compare established generations of synergies with the use of the triple A, and to understand the possible association between characteristics of the entrepreneurs and the application of the triple A. The results reveal that these entrepreneurs use agility, adaptability and alignment in their competition. The study revealed that agility is emphasized and is associated with business age.
