Abstract: The purpose of this document is to study and analyze the perception of parents about services provided by the educational institution in which their children study. The goal is to identify areas of opportunity that the school has and to implement strategies that result in better academic performance of students. This project was carried out in an educational institution of basic and intermediate level, in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico during the 2017-2018 school year. Results were shared with the principals of the institution to be used in the development of improvement strategies
