Abstract: The research is exploratory, descriptive and field type. The instrument consists of 137 questions, organized in thirteen factors including: Psychological, personal characteristics, social environment, physical environment, organizational structure, communication, leadership, technology, motivation, linkage, ethical values, institutional objectives, and decision-making. A Likert-type questionnaire was used, applying the sample size technique, with a confidence level of 95% with a margin of error of 5%, being multiple choice items. The information was collected through the questionnaire applied to a random sample of 275 people, including students, teaching staff, administrative staff and directors. Subsequently, the statistical data were processed and analyzed in the SPSS V. 20 program and in Excel.
