The primary departures were in operations staff, who work directly with customers. This turnover could effects service quality. This proposal seeks to increase productivity and customer service provided by colleagues of a software development company. It is also defined a very close relationship between the organizational environment and the staff turnover. We analyze the premise that if the organizational environment improves, staff turnover will decrease. The research analyzes staff turnover and organizational environment due to unknown reasons, or reasons beyond the control of the company. These items therefore, cannot be improved. For this reason costs of staff turnover are identified to raise awareness to senior management, so they give appropriate attention to this factor
