Abstract:
This research analyzes the characteristics of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMES) financial services according to the territorial distribution of regions. We also identify aspects of geographic and economic factors of influence in the development and growth of enterprises in the state of Guanajuato, México. An empirical analysis was carried out through a survey of 396 MSMES randomly distributed in the regions of the State of Guanajuato during 2015. Data acquired demonstrated differences in regions due to the characteristics of financing of MSMEs across regions. Hence, these regional differences may affect the development and growth of MSMES in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico
