Abstract:
The objective of this research is to show the relationship between organizational practices and rotation of manual workers in small, medium and large companies in the apparel industry in the state of Tlaxcala, México. This study provides theoretical knowledge that corresponds with the theory on employee rotation. It is a a productivity problem for companies that has a solution. The empirical results presented are for rotation of manual workers using a quantitative approach. The goal is to achieve a model to determine the relationship between rotation of manual workers and organizational practices. We used a practical form for the concept of employee turnover and organizational practices in clothing industry
