Abstract:
A lack of financing impedes the growth of small and medium-sized companies in Mexico. In this research we analyze if management produces acceptable financial results. We work with 20 companies in 2017 in the tourism industry that produce food. To structure the independent variable (financial profitability) and the subsidiaries (quality), we analyze information through the parametric linear correlation test. We conclude that there exists an association between the variables. Therefore, correct administrative management with quality promotes positive results that are attractive for both the company and its investors
