Abstract:
The objective of this research is to prove there is a relationship between Innovation and Customer Service at the Garment Industry Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises at the Municipality of Puebla, Mexico. This paper provides theoretical knowledge to support the theory that Customer Service is an issue for the Enterprises Competitiveness. The results achieved belong to a quantitative research, leading to the application of a model in order to determine the relationship between Innovation and Customer Service of the Enterprises. The concepts of Customer Service and Innovation were approached practically in the Garment Industry. Finally, the research proves there exists a relationship and an average positive influence between the Innovation variable and the Customer Service variable in the Garment Industry at the Municipality of Puebla
