Abstract:
This descriptive research analyzes the relationship between organizational learning and new levels of competence and innovation. The data analysis used the Hernfindahl concentration ratio, Ren Model and regression analysis. The study analyzes development degree and diversification of electronics industry Mipymes in Mexico. The results suggest that different markets are better for the companies involved. Competence and innovation have a strong relation with organizational learning. The study is limited to economic analysis in the electronics industry.
