To assure the trustworthiness of the tool the Cronbach’s Alpha proof was used. The internal coefficient of consistence achieved was 0.89. Based on a previous study carried out in the same company, the factors with the greatest incidence on employee satisfaction were identified. In this research are included 10 different variables encompassing factors such as Age, Seniority and Level of Studies of the workers under scrutiny, ultimately computing the Contingency Coefficients.
