Abstract:
This article analyzes the different approaches to research methodology and its application to the study of human resource management in Mexico’s aerospace industry. The object is to identify research models that facilitate research and understanding in this area. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies consistent with similar studies. The results show that little research exists in the area human talent management in the aerospace industry and that many of these studies do not provide information about the methodology used.
