Abstract:
Financing is a primary problem faced by micro and small enterprises in México. This research examines the implications and impulse achieved when micro entrepreneurs enjoy financial support and the impact reflected in their life quality. The study ran from October 2011 through 2012. We examine commercial and service companies in southeastern of Coahuila. Eight variables were analyzed related to its economic and social importance.. The study method is mixed, starting with documentary research and concluding with a field study. The design is not experimental and cross-cutting. The independent variables were not manipulated intentionally and are observed presented in its natural context. We conclude that microcredit has a positive influence on the life cycle of the business and on the living standards of the beneficiaries. Furthermore, we find microcredit has a positive impact on the culture of savings.
