Abstract:
Since the 80s, innovation has occupied an important role in academic research and business’s long term strategies. This study examines innovation when control by location and company size, specifically micro, small and medium size business. We examine economic and/or the behavior changes in companies. In this approach the dynamics of economic systems are mobilized by the continued insistence of innovations in products, processes and organizational forms. We use variance analysis to determine the impact of geographical location on the frequency of innovation that made rural enterprises.
