Abstract: The quality of education has generated much interest for institutions of higher education. The evaluation of customer satisfaction has emerged as a key factor in the quality of service of the Institutions of Higher Education. It is important to systematically monitor and measure these efforts to improve the satisfaction of students and staff by delivering an appropriate and consistent standard. For this purpose, we identified key variables of quality from the point of view of students, faculty and staff. The problem at the Instituto Tecnológico Superior Purhépecha is complex and weakens the learning center as an academic body with little preparation and take aim at improving school quality management and decisions. This article measures the impact of proposed variables on the quality of education as well as the dimensions and indicators. The results show the variable direction and administrative management has the greatest relationship with the dependent variable and human resources.
