Abstract:
In this paper we analyze organizational practices associated with the level of development of continuous improvement (CI) in Mexican automotive parts industry. The practices are classified into three dimensions: the management of purpose, management strategy and infrastructure, identified from the review of the state of the art. The study was carried out through a correlational methodology and a cross-sectional design. Data were analyzed statistically and obtained through field work. A questionnaire was applied to a sample to 103 employees of the automotive parts industry in Tlaxcala, Mexico. The research shows that there exist a moderately positive correlation between the variables analyzed and the level of CI development
