Abstract: A team work is a way of the organization work based on common connection, mutual co-operation and a responsibility of the team members’ work. As benefits of the team work are considered e.g.: bigger amount of improvement - optimalization processes and decreasing cost, more effective solving problems, bigger motivation and personal growth. In the article it is reviewed the team works according to buy and sell term. We define conflicts and suggest their elimination between members of team with use of mediator. It wills positive influence on efficiency of the company.
