Disenfranchisement as a Tool of Class War

Abstract: This work explores the issue of disenfranchisement for Soviet citizens during 1926-1931 Troitskosavsk Municipal Soviet (council) Election campaigns and is based on archival data and various election authority reports. It has been shown that disenfranchisement could be used as one of the tools to fight against citizens of bourgeois views and create the New Soviet Society.
