Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation in Jordanian Public Shareholding Companies on Sustainable Development

Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the impact of corporate social responsibility implementation in Jordanian public shareholding companies on sustainable development. The study used descriptive analytical methodology. A questionnaire was designed and distribute over a sample consisting of 135 reponsedents, 125 were collected and 5 questionnaires were removed. The study results indicated that there a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of social responsibility in Jordanian public shareholding companies on sustainable development. It also indicated that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic responsibility in Jordanian public shareholding companies on sustainable development. The study recommended a set of recommendations.
