Financial Stability and Prudential Requirements in Tunisian Case

Abstract: This paper has as object the study of the effects of prudential regulation on the financial stability. Using panel data, we select a sample of Tunisian bank over the period 1996-2014. The findings show the significant and negative effect of capital requirements.
