Abstract: Lord Prof PhD Momtchil Dobrev-Halachev developed 2008 ¡°Theory of generating of crises¡± and 2001 ¡°Theory of the mafia¡±. Based on these two theories, this paper explanes the establishment of the financial crises in Greece.
