The Study on Psychological Capital Development of Intrapreneurial Team

Abstract: Intrapreneurship is an important way for enterprises to maintain the sustained growth. Furthermore, intrapreneurial team is a dominant force to achieve intrapreneurship, among which psychological capital (PsyCap) plays an important role. Therefore, the development of psychological capital of intrapreneurial team bears an important significance. Based on the study of related literatures, this paper presents a number of recommendations on the development of intrapreneurial teams’ PsyCap.
