The Development and Challenges of Data Protection Laws

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the development status of data protection laws globally and analyze the challenges faced in the implementation process. In the digital age, personal information protection has become one of the important topics in national legislation. However, there is a gap between the progress of technology and the speed of lawmaking, which brings unprecedented challenges to data protection.
