Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the status quo of Sichuan rural surplus labor force transferring, and building a rural surplus labor force transferred model, this article gives quantizing analysis on the effect factor between 1990-2009 about Sichuan rural surplus labor force transferring, and getting the chief factor that affecting Sichuan labor force transferring is system binding and labor force transferred space. Finally this article made policy recommendations that promoting Sichuan rural labor force transferring
