Abstract: The occurrence of food safety incidents such as “Sanlu Milk Powder†make the public have doubts about the effectiveness of food quality safety market admittance system. Therefore, studying and evaluating the effectiveness of food quality safety market admittance system has become a problem to solve urgently. The article combines the theory of management science with the practice of food quality safety market admittance system, and explores and builds a set of evaluation index system of the effectiveness of food quality safety market admittance system, laying the foundation for the evaluation of the system.
