Journal of Molecular Biology Research, 2018, vol. 8, issue 1, 41

Abstract: Synthesis of some new full fluorinated heterobicyclic nitrogen systems containing 1,2,4-triazine moiety (4-10) have been deduced from heterocyclization of 6-(2'-trifluoroacetylamino)phenyl-3-(4'-fluorophenyl-1,2,4-triazin-5-one (3) with active oxo / halo-compounds. Structure of the products have been established upon their elemental and spectral date. Most of these systems exhibited a good to moderate antifungal activities.
