Research on “First-Class” Financial Management of Power Grid Enterprises Based on IPA: Taking XX Power Supply Bureau as an Example

Abstract: Using the data collected by the questionnaire survey, this paper uses IPA (importance performance analysis) to analyze the financial performance and operation status of some financial data of the XX power supply bureau, and finds the indicators that need to maintain the advantages and the indicators that need to be improved. It can provide reference for the construction of power supply bureaus and power companies to create first-class indicators.
