The Relation between Cultural Intelligence and Burnout among Staff

Abstract:
This research intended to study the relation in between cultural intelligence and burnout among the staff ofArman financial institute in Tehran. From all the staff in Arman financial institute by the use of availablesampling 234 were selected as the sample of the research. The subjects responded to the cultural intelligencequestionnaire (Ank et al., 2004) and burnout (Maselch, 1985). The statistical method implemented in thisresearch for data analysis revealed multiple regression and Pearson correlation. The research findings showedthat there is a negative and significant relation between cultural intelligence and burnout.
