Abstract:
Internet banking environment is very dynamic and due to constant changes in Web technology an understanding of the users’ viewpoint is necessary for policymaking. This paper contributes to the literature by evaluating the Internet banking websites based on users viewpoint of banks in India and allows bankers to identify the grey areas to take corrective action by introducing facilities and features on their banks’ Web pages.
