Abstract: El análisis del conocimiento organizativo precisa incorporar una doble perspectiva: una visión estática del conocimiento (capital intelectual) y una visión dinámica (aprendizaje organizativo y gestión del conocimiento). El estudio de los stocks de conocimiento existentes en la empresa ha sido ampliadamente tratado en la literatura de capital intelectual. Sin embargo es necesario preguntarse por qué existen estos stocks de conocimiento. Por ello el objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar desde una perspectiva dinámica el conocimiento existente en la empresa, tanto flujos como stocks. / The analysis of organizational knowledge requires a two-dimension perspective: a static view of knowledge (intellectual capital) and a dynamic view of knowledge (organizational learning and knowledge management). The study of knowledge stocks in the firm has been widely discussed in the literature on intellectual capital. However, it is necessary to know why these stocks of knowledge do exist. For this reason the aim of this paper is to analyze organizational knowledge (both flows and stocks) from a dynamic view.
