Abstract: El trabajo realiza un análisis exhaustivo de la principal literatura sobre el tema de los grupos estratégicos, tanto nacional como internacional, al objeto de sistematizar toda la información generada por los investigadores y posicionar el estado de la cuestión actual. En este sentido, el objetivo del trabajo es doble. En primer lugar, se sistematizan todos los avances y limitaciones existentes. En segundo lugar, se compara, empíricamente con técnicas de Chi-Cuadrado el estado de la cuestión en España con el ámbito internacional, desde el punto de vista de las líneas de investigación u objetivos seguidos, la metodología utilizada, las muestras y los resultados de los artículos. Por último, se ofrece una fotografía actual y se debaten las líneas futuras del campo de investigación. / This study show an exhaustive and current analysis about all the relevant literature on strategic groups published to date. Thus, the target is double. First, we analyse and classify the main papers in the field in order to clarify all de advantages and limitations got in the selected topic. Secondly, the work compare the state-of-the-art in Spain to the international one, from the point of view of the different stream researches, the methodology employed, the samples and the articles outcomes. Lastly, we offer a current photography and debate the future of the topic.
