Abstract: It was elaborated the model of process marketing management innovation products with using subjects of industrial property on enterprise level. This model allows raising competitive ability for products with calculation management functions of marketing and innovation activity. It helps to define the competitive advantages and to conduct this process on the industrial level and on the level of realization innovation products with using of modern management conceptions.
