Abstract: The problems of the labor potential formation at the enterprise through internal processes (training, retraining, changes in the organizational structure, improvement of the economic potential components) that allow changes to the staff potential and external agents (educational institutions, business entities, employment services, foreigners) which are the source of potential employees, are studied in this article. The influence of the internal processes at the enterprise on its labor potential is investigated.
