The Shadow Economy and its Influence on the Economic System

Abstract: The article is analyzed the consequences of increasing the shadow sector of of the economic system. The reasons of tax evasion are investigated in the article. Proposals for an effective tax system, which would, in particular, contributed to weakening the informal sector of economic system are developed.
