Abstract: The importance of procurement activity of industrial enterprise is substantiated in the article. The results of the critical analysis of the existing approaches to procurement effectiveness evaluating are presented. The main directions of diagnostics of procurement activity of industrial enterprise such as the quality of the organization and the resources, the effectiveness and efficiency, security of logistics operations.
