Abstract: This article is about economic role of cluster formations, especially their role as impact factor in innovation development. These are results of analysis of examples how to use clusters as a tools in innovation policy. Also the article include dates about different types of cluster, their formations, differences between them, their structure and mechanism of effects on high-tech industry.
