Abstract: The article is devoted to epistomological aspects of ogranizational creativity. The theoretical backgrounds of interactionism which is considered to be a prevailing approach in the studies of organizational creativity are analyzed. The epistomological differencies in viewing creativity by functionalist, interpretative, radical humanist and radical structuralist paradigms are investigated
