Abstract: In this article is defined the background of innovative mechanism of industrial enterprises, namely: industrial specificity of innovative development; scale of innovative activity of enterprise; innovative potential of enterprises; the use of diagnostics in the field of innovation research object; ensuring an appropriate level of quality of innovation, the formation of adequate criteria for evaluate the effectiveness of innovation. Detailed the nature of each factor and its impact on the development of innovative mechanism of industrial enterprises.
