Abstract: In the article the formation of organizational and economical mechanism of management innovation shipyards is grounded. It was analyzed approaches to the definition of OEMMI. A model of OEMMI was proposed, which must respond to the continuous changes in the environment and does not involve structural reorganization of the administrative apparatus, which usually lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the enterprise.
