Abstract:
The author considers the flax complex as a promising area of light industry. The purpose of the Concept of flax complex development is justified. This aim is to increase the competitiveness of flax products of Russia and satisfy the aggregate consumer demand in linen products. The article highlights the problems of the flax complex, offers promising ways of its development on the base of innovation and slow ways, analyzes activities of the flax complex support and funding sources.
