The Influence of Rhythm of Acquisition of Beef with Farm Youngsters on Profitability of its Groving

Abstract: The problems of organization of production of beef in the specialized farms at the rhythmic and not rhythmic receipt of calf in the farms are considered in the article, that is conditioned by seasonality of calvings of cows. It is set that at the unevenness of calvings of cows in the area of completing of farms on growing of cattle on meat, a rhythm and planned volume of realization of products can be provided due to realization of cattle in a different age at a different living mass. The cost figures of growing of cattle at the variant of his realization by living mass are certain 400, 450, 500 kg, that at the identical cost of realization, provided the receipt practically of the same mass profit, as well as at the variant of realization of all cattle by mass 450 kg.
