Abstract: The paper describes the main problems and tasks of social work at the company. Concepts of social work is extended and examined its principles. It is concluded that the creation of the conditions under which employees would have the opportunity for self-realization of their forces, potential energy is the main purpose of the social policy of the industrial enterprise.
