Abstract: The calculation of flexibility indixes of business processes and enterprise is propsed. The significance of individual groups of factors of variability of the environment based on a survey of experts of the enterprise is calculated. It was done ranging of business processes based on the difference between the index of environmental variability and the level of flexibility. As a result, potential components that need to be developed are identified.
