Abstract: The method of construction of regressive model is considered in the article. It is proved that the improved methods of decision-making is the need of time, which requires immediate attention and bring it into the proper form. On a concrete example the lack of its application is routined for a decision-making on a management. The described failing evidently explains essentially uselessness of its application for similar aims.
