The Relationship of Financial Strategy with other Key Corporate Strategies

Abstract: Financial strategy development involves interconnection with other strategies focused on creating a modern corporate structure, which can counteract the uncertainty of the market, its possible negative aspects and critical changes of various financial relationships. The main task is to prevent the system's regression, which may lead to its destruction. The main driving force of the system is an effective financial strategy of the corporation. Financial strategy determines the feasibility of a number of key corporate strategies that reflect the most important area of development, such as restructuring, stabilization, integration, diversification, etc., and should take into account the goals and solutions, while looking for possible sources of funding, to implement them to meet changing external and internal conditions.
