Abstract: The paper investigates investment opportunities in the region\'s banking system and the system of measures of differentiation required reserves, depending on the nature of the transactions carried out by banks. The implementation of this system will improve the efficiency of regional investment policy and thus stimulate significant economic growth while respecting national priorities.
