Abstract: In the article the essence of innovative processes has been investigated in the system of education and the classification of educational innovations has been developed. The problems of innovative development of higher educational establishments of Ukraine have been exposed. On the basis of analysis of strategies of internationalization of higher education in different countries and forms of internationalization in Ukraine the principal reasons, braking the processes of internationalization at Ukrainian higher school have been exposed. The classification of innovative educational technologies has been developed depending on the aims of application, features of realization and the results and necessity of their application has been grounded for the higher educational establishments of Ukraine.
