Abstract: The infrastructure of socialization of economy as a specific kind of infrastructural activity which provides the process of socialization of economy is determined and investigated in the article. The infrastructure of socialization of economy is defined as complete set of elements of social, institutional and market infrastructure; its main characteristics and functions are distinguished.
